Today we are celebrating the constitution day of Denmark. On the 5th of June we celebrate the Constitution Day of Denmark signed for the first time in 1849 and for the second time in 1953 serving as our current constitution. In short Denmark is still one of few countries who do not celebrate a national day but a constitution day is considered equivalent. Today the Danish people are celebration the constitution day with inspiring speeches all over the country while we at the same time are celebrating our democracy. Happy constitution day Denmark 🇩
